The opening event of CineYou is the Young Night. Organized by Museum Brandhorst, it will be held on June 26 as a collaboration in which Ciné Vélo Cité, the Blitz Club, and the Munich International Film Festival are also participating. The museum will be open and will be offering free admission; as part of the “Carrying” exhibition and event, the museum district will come alive with music, workshops, and other activities. Food trucks and beverage stands will also be on site. The film festival is proud to be offering a workshop station in collaboration with the mobile bicycle cinema and film lab Ciné Vélo Cité. At nightfall, the resulting visuals will be projected onto the wall of the Pinakothek der Moderne.
