This session offers a glimpse into Bavaria’s rapidly growing XR ecosystem as well as the second edition of MUNICH Beyond, which was launched in 2025 as a joint initiative of the Festival der Zukunft, FILMFEST MÜNCHEN, and XR HUB Bavaria. MUNICH Beyond is supported by the FilmFernsehFonds Bayern and brings together groundbreaking XR works from around the world, and strengthens Munich and Bavaria’s position as an emerging hub for immersive storytelling.
