Sexism in the film and TV industry is not an isolated phenomenon. A workplace culture that tolerates inappropriate behavior, along with views that normalize misogyny, sets the stage for more serious transgressions. Many of these remain hidden, such as the extent of online abuse directed against actresses. For change to happen, men must take responsibility. The BFFS invites you to an event that asks inconvenient questions and seeks answers to them.
